7/13/26 - The DeKalb County Tuskegee Alumni Club (DCTAC) has selected ten
(10) winners for the annual fall book scholarship academic year 2026/2027.
Each Student below will receive $400 for books which will come from the DeKalb
County Tuskegee Alumni Club Book Scholarship Account.

Dekalb County Tuskegee Alumni Club accept applications for Book Scholarships Awards for the following periods:
Full-time sophomore, junior or senior students at Tuskegee University who are current Metro-Atlanta residents are eligible to apply.

Based on the availability of funds, Book Scholarship will be given to qualified students that meet eligibility and selection criteria.
ELIGIBILITY:
- The applicant must be a metro Atlanta area resident
- Have a minimum overall Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.5
- Must be a full time student attending Tuskegee University
- Must provide a statement explaining why they should receive the book scholarship
- Must provide a current transcript
- Must provide a current resumé
- Must complete the financial aid sections of the book scholarship application in detail.
- Must be a sophomore, junior or senior attending Tuskegee University
- Encouraged to be a member of pre-alumni council of Tuskegee University
SELECTION:
If the number of qualified applicants exceeds available awards, applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- financial need
- grade point average
- personal statement
